Knitting

I've been a busy knitting bee lately, so there are a lot new things to show here.

My first scarf and hat -- and now some mittens I made to match.

A scarf I made my mom - whole thing and a detail picture to show the colors better. And the old big hat.

Hat and scarf gift set for Tiffany. Two scarves I made for Alex.

Three views of a wrap-thing I made for myself.

A tank sweater I made twice. First in chunky yarn, which looked terrible on (made me look just as chunky as the yarn, so I dismantled it), and again with some thinner yarn that turned out ok.

Handmade gifts for my neice Maggie -- baby sweater and hat.

I made the same funky creature twice - once as a toy for Maggie, the other as a gift for a friend far away (she thought it looked like a tooth, so I oriented it that way).

Some fingerless gloves for myself.

And a shrug for me too. Same basic pattern as the baby sweater, just enlarged for an adult size, and cut-off to be a shrug (or bolero, if you prefer).
